EXCHANGE POLICY We accept exchanges within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise. We can only exchange an item if the article received is damaged or defective. The requested item will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.

In order to start the exchange process, please contact stating the order number, reason for the exchange. You will then receive an email with an authorization number that must be sent back with the item(s) in question. Item(s) that do not match the OBI'S NEW YORK, LLC exchange policy will be not taken into consideration and sent back at your cost.

The exchanged items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item(s) (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item(s) must be unharmed, worn or altered and must have all original packaging still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customers at their own cost.

Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. An item can only be exchanged once. The exchange procedure will take 14 days from the arrival of the item(s) back to OBI'S NEW YORK, LLC.

Return shipping fees for non-defective, worn, or used products are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will not be reimbursed.
